Lighten Up Your Space

It is common for people to fall on areas that are not properly lit. If you want to do more to prevent falls for seniors, it is always best to keep your home well-lit. Night lights are recommended in the hallway, bathroom, and bedroom. Lamps should be placed within reach in commonly used areas for easy access.
