Director of Business DevelopmentWith many years of healthcare and sales experience, Brian’s training and philosophy are grounded in an integrity-based approach to his work—going the extra mile to solve needs in an honest and respectful manner. Brian enjoys generating strong relationships with referral sources and educating them on the different lines of service we offer. A favorite part of his job is meeting with families and seniors who are experiencing a health care crisis—helping them navigate through it by providing resources, guidance, and education on all viable options is one of his passions. When not in the office, he enjoys working out, walking area lakes, and spending time with his wife and their two children. Brian is also an avid car buff and enjoys attending auto auctions and runs a jetski rental company on Lake Minnetonka.
Tenille Olds, LSW
Community LiaisonTenille brings a wealth of experience from a variety of healthcare settings, including skilled nursing facilities and transitional care units, where she has excelled as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Social Worker and Director of Social Services. As a Community Liaison with Legacy Home Care, she finds true fulfillment in helping others reach their full potential. Guided by the philosophy, treat others the way you want to be treated, Tenille’s passion for uplifting and supporting those around her shines through in her work. Outside of the office, she cherishes quality time with her husband and enjoys attending concerts!
Krista Mitchell, PTA, CLT
Community LiaisonKrista brings a wealth of knowledge in geriatric care and has worked in a variety of settings as a physical therapy assistant and in director roles, including skilled nursing facilities, transitional care, and outpatient care centers. In her current role as a community liaison, she enjoys connecting with patients and listening to their stories to understand what motivates them. With her background as a PTA, Krista recognizes the unique needs of each individual she serves, which helps her coordinate customized services to support older adults in aging in place. In her free time, you can find her spending quality time with her family, attending her kids’ sporting events, relaxing at the beach or the lake, or exploring new restaurants—especially those with a patio!
Susan Delmonico, RN
Director of NursingSusan received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing in New York City—the flagship nursing school of the City University of New York. Choosing to be a nurse was easy. For Susan, it’s all she ever wanted to do (besides being a mom!) She loves her work family and the clients who entrust her to be part of their care team. Her most rewarding moments are helping her clients and family members, who often express their appreciation for the smallest of things she has done and/or the time she has spent with them. When not in the office, Susan enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling.
